General Steel Castings (GSC) 41-E outside swing-hanger 4-wheel passenger car trucks. These were widely used by builders like Pullman-Standard to support lightweight, streamlined passenger cars starting in the late 1930s. With single equalizer springs and an 8’ wheel base one example of use was on Osgood Bradley “American Flyer” cars. These trucks have been referred to as 41-E and 41-ER.
