In 1963 WM built 2 Icebreaker cars from 40ft boxcars to be used for clearing ice from the many tunnels along the right-of-way. The frame was 18ft above the rail and the car was loaded with over 2 feet of ballast to keep it stable when hitting the sometimes massive icicles inside the tunnels.
This kit will consist of:
